This Refund Policy explains when charges may be eligible for a refund. We want you to feel confident booking, which is why you're only charged for Wegovy pills after your prescription is approved.

Evaluations

If a clinician determines that Wegovy pills aren't right for you during your evaluation, you will not be charged for medication.

Medication charges

Because prescription medication is dispensed specifically for you, Wegovy pills generally cannot be returned once shipped. If there is an error with your order — such as an incorrect or damaged item — contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Subscription plans

Monthly plans can be canceled at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancelling stops upcoming charges but does not automatically refund a charge already processed for medication that has shipped.

How to request a refund

Email contact@wegovypills.org with your order details and the reason for your request. We review each request individually and respond during business hours.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the credit to appear.
